We realize some folks' need to secure financing for large purchases. Many do it for large applicances, furniture, and vehicles. Heating and Cooling purchases are no different. For that reason we offer the following means of payment:

We have partnered with Link Federal Credit Union to offer our customers various financing options. Rates begin at 8.9% APR for terms up to 72 months. Customers can apply using these methods...

During Link Office Hours: 8:00am-4:30

  1. Applications can be submitted online at www.LinkFCU.org OR
  2. Applications can be called in by phone: 317-248-9241
  3. Within approximately 15 minutes you will be notified of a decision
  4. If approved loan documents will be emailed via DocuSign or faxed depending on your preference. After the documents are signed we are authorized to do the job.

After Link Hours: Evenings & Saturdays

  1. Applications can be submitted online at www.LinkFCU.org
  2. Within approximately 30 minutes you will be notified of a decision
  3. If approved documents will be emailed via DocuSign or faxed depending on your preference. This will occur first thing the following morning or Monday morning if on Saturday. After the documents are signed we are authorized to do the job.

Foundation Finance

We have partnered with Foundation Finance for discount financing to provide our "second look" customers the opportunity to get approved. Customers can apply using these methods...

  1. Submit Application
    • Applications can be submitted online at FoundationFinance.com OR
    • An application can be printed here. Complete the application then scan the document and email to credit@foundationfinance.com OR fax the application to 715-847-4437
    • Applications can be called in by phone by calling 855-241-0024 ext 4436
    • We can sit with you and assist with submitting the application online
    • Approval will be known in 15 minutes
  2. Loan Documents
    • Once approved you will be emailed a set of loan documents to complete.
    • After documents are completed Foundation Finance will notify you within 24 hours to verify loan terms and application information. At this point we're authorized to do the job.
